The JEC is a group of dynamic High School students who establish projects and programs to make a difference in the lives of foster children. These students represent many different schools and are leaders throughout the community.
Each year the JEC puts on our Annual Easter Eggstravaganza which is an Easter Egg Hunt for all of the foster children. It is always a huge success and everyone has a great time. The students do clothing drives, hygiene product drives, school supply drives, and more to collect needed items for foster children.
They have also developed a special needs fund to support foster children who have special physical and emotional needs.
The group has mentors who help to guide them in the programs and events that they develop for the foster children. The current mentors of the Junior Executive Committee are Susan Radle, Marilyn Palmer, Julie Cunningham, and Mandi Geske. If you are interested in becoming a mentor for our JEC please contact us at 770-623-6135 or email us at info@fosterchildrensfoundation.org
We are currently recruiting new members to be a part of the Junior Executive Committee and help to make a difference in the lives of fostered youth.
